Terms & Conditions For Software Project Development

As a customer of our company, you are aware of and bound by our software development service terms and conditions when signing up with us.

The following standard Terms and Conditions are for consultancy work provided by Earth Technology Pvt. Ltd.:

+ Quotations are valid for 3 months from the start date of the proposal.

+ Work will be invoiced at the end of the project and payment is due within 30 days of invoice.

+ Advances will not be refunded after starting work on the website.

+ The remaining payment should be submitted as soon as the website is complete. We will not launch a website until full payment is received.

+ We do not guarantee the availability of future support until you fully support our website with a single agreement.

+ We are not responsible for any changes made to the website after the completed work has been handed over to the client.

+ We are not responsible for your failure to comply with laws and regulations relating to website accessibility, online sales, or any particular business or trade. Consult a company lawyer if your business has complex issues.

+ During any period in which payments from the Client are overdue, the obligations of the Company may be suspended.

+ Any or all of the above policies, guidelines, and disclaimers are subject to change without notice.
